FULL INFORMATION 
AND REGISTRATION

SCHEDULE FOR SUNDAY 01/10

  • Parking and access to the paddocks will be available for your pre-war car.
  • A “coffee and croissant” welcome reception will take place after 9 am at the Maison de la BEHVA, in the Eau Rouge facility, by the foot of the Raidillon.
  • Access to the three lap sessions for the day (20 minutes per session max.).
    The following provisional timetable is provided for information purposes only, and will be confirmed when relaying the final instructions:
  • 1 morning session (10:30-10:50)
  • 2 afternoon sessions (14:00-14:20 et 15:30-15:50)

  • Lunch will be served at the Maison de la BEHVA, in the Eau Rouge facility at the foot of the Raidillon.
    Buffet-style lunch, with a cold entrée, a hot main course, a dessert, and a soft drink.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

  • Once we receive your registration via the online form, we will send you a confirmation email including details for making the payment, either by bank transfer or by credit card.
  • We have a limited number of spots available for the laps (3 sessions) and for the lunch service.
  • As soon as we receive the full payment, we will send you the final confirmation of your registration.

FURTHER INFORMATION

  • All communication will be conducted via email using our email address: paddock@roadbook.net
  • General admission tickets + paddock access tickets for the Spa Six Hours events on Friday 29/09 and Saturday 30/09 will be sent to participants via email. These tickets are not nominative, and will have to be exchanged for an access wristband when entering the circuit. Specific information about this will be communicated to participants in due course.
  • Detailed and practical information regarding Sunday 01/10, like accessing the paddock, meeting point, etc., as well as the documents mentioned earlier will be communicated to you by email in due course.

REGISTRATION FOR A PRE-WAR CAR AND DRIVER INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

For Spa Six Hours, meeting on Friday 29/09 and Saturday 30/09:

  • General admission + paddock access for 1 person

For Sunday 01/10: Classics & Friends:

  • 1 general admission ticket + paddock access for 1 person
  • 1 car pass to access paddocks using your pre-war car (or using your own car with trailer for your pre-war car)
  • 1 car sticker to access the racetrack for the 3 sessions with your pre-war car
  • 1 voucher for “coffee and croissant” and lunch at the Maison de la BEHVA, Eau Rouge

REGISTRATION FOR A PASSENGER INCLUDES:

For Spa Six Hours, meeting on Friday 29/09 and Saturday 30/09:

  • General admission + paddock access for 1 person

For Sunday 01/10: Classics & Friends:

  • 1 general admission ticket + paddock access for 1 person
  • 1 voucher for “coffee and croissant” and lunch at the Maison de la BEHVA, Eau Rouge
  • Lap sessions with the driver

REGISTRATION FORM

I would like to participate in the PRE-WAR CARS event, taking place on Sunday, October 1, 2023, on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

This event is open to owners of pre-war cars dating from the period of 1890 to 1945.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps - 01.10.2023 - CLASSICS & FRIENDS

Article 1 : Declares by this letter his intention to enter, with full responsibility, the event-day activities, with its risks and perils, and thus irrevocably relinquishes all appeals of any kind for himself and all of his claimants against the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, the site owner, subordinate employees, other participants, official representatives and volunteer helpers, as well as against the insurers of the persons, companies or entities named above.

Article 2: Acknowledges that the exclusion of liability referred to in Clause 1 extends to employees, other participants, official representatives and volunteers, including for what is committed by their deliberate act, except, and only as pertains to employees or authorised agents, for customers considered consumers as defined in Article 1, No. 7 of the Belgian Act of 14 July 1991 on Trade Practices and Consumer Protection.

Article 3: Consents that the exclusion of liability applies to both contractual and extra-contractual liability; that it refers to physical, material, as well as moral damage regardless of whether said damage is unforeseeable or indirect, excluding the death of the consumer as defined in Article 1, No. 7 of the Belgian Act of 14 July 1991 on Trade Practices and Consumer Protection, as well as bodily damage caused to the consumer.

Article 4: Acknowledges that the exclusion of liability applies to ordinary neglect, whether accidental or routine, as well as gross negligence, except, and only under this latter hypothesis, for customers considered consumers as defined in Article 1, No. 7 of the Belgian Act of 14 July 1991 on Trade Practices and Consumer Protection.

Article 5: Pledges to respect under all circumstances the commands of the staff marshals, official representatives, organisers and operators of the site, both during the preliminary briefing preceding the incentive and during the event, and in this respect, he recognizes to have received a Safety Briefing.

Article 6 : Acknowledges his sole responsibility for his actions.

Article 7 : Declares himself to be responsible for any damage occurring to the facilities, and especially to the race course guard rails (€ 350 per rail + € 200 administrative costs per accident), and commits himself to reimburse the resulting costs on the basis of the estimate drafted by the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps.
