Please take note of the following information:

The access to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit is subject to the possibilities for visitors:

  • on the one hand, to be a holder of a "Covid Safe" certificate
  • to access Belgian territory in accordance with the Belgian and European rules in force.

1. COVID SAFE" CERTIFICATE (from 12 years old)

The Covid Safe certificate is only available to residents of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Vatican City, Andorra, Monaco and Liechtenstein.

Note 1 : For drivers and essential team members who do not reside in one of the above countries, please contact your race promoter or the Roadbook organisation.

Note 2 : For visitors and spectators who do not reside in one of the above-mentioned countries, Belgian regulations unfortunately do not allow us to welcome you this year.

This is a QR code or possibly a test result, which you print out or have on your mobile phone.

Each European country has developed an application to obtain this QR code and the name of this certificate and application varies from country to country:
Belgium: Covid Safe Ticket    
Netherlands: Corona Check
England: NHS Covid Pass    
Germany: Corona Warn
France : Tous Anti Covid    
Luxembourg: Covidcheck Lu

Your Covid Safe certificate must meet one of the following 4 conditions:

  • Full vaccination + 2 weeks when the vaccine requires two doses and + 4 weeks when the vaccine requires one dose (e.g. Johnson & Johnson).
  • Have a negative PCR test result within 2 days (48 hours) of collection.
  • Have a negative antigenic test result from a health professional within one day (24 hours) of collection.
    • To summarise the validity of each type of test:
      • PCR: valid from the time of sampling + 2 days.
      • Antigen: valid from time of sampling + 1 day
  • Possession of a Covid-19 cure certificate obtained following an infection of less than 180 days.
Once in the paddocks, it will not be necessary to wear a mask.

In summary, in order to access the Six Hours 2021 Spa, 3 documents will be required:

  • Your "Covid Safe" certificate from the age of 12;
  • Your identity card to verify the authenticity of the "Covid Safe" certificate.
  • Your paper or digital entry ticket; either purchased or received via your race promoter.

We advise all participants coming from the UK to check travel/access conditions regularly.


As of today (1 September), an antigen test is required upon arrival in Belgium within 24 hours and in order to be released from quarantine.

Therefore, Spa Six Hours will be organising a test centre in the immediate vicinity of the circuit. The results will be available within 20 minutes and will allow you to be released from quarantine immediately. Tis antigen: 25 euros - PCR: 60 euros.

In the event that an antigen test is requested upon arrival on Belgian territory, Spa Six Hours will organise a test centre (costs at your charge: antigen test: 25 € - PCR: 60 €) in the immediate vicinity of the circuit. The results will be available within 20 minutes.
All participants are advised to check travel and access conditions regularly.


If you need a PCR test to return to your country, a test centre will be available in the paddocks, with a schedule that takes into account the 8 hours needed to obtain the result. (PCR test at your expense at a cost of 60 €).
